EGGstravaganza Cooks

If you will be cooking at the 2008 EGGstravaganza Mid-America you will receive a free T-Shirt and a special gift bag with registration. Registration fees for cook’s are $10.00 for single and $15.00 for a team of two. Lighting of the EGGs is at 8:30 am. The gate will be open for cooks only at 8:00 am. Please see the Cook’s check list below to see what you may want to bring to be prepared for a wonderful day!

Table to use / serve from / work space
Plates to use for samples to give out
Toothpicks for samples
Cooking / Cutting Utensils to use when cooking and preparing
Meat / Ingredients / Condiments
Recipe(s) to give out to guests – it’s nice to have these pre-printed to hand out so that you don’t have to repeat yourself. Everyone will get a pad and a pen to write down your recipes if needed.
